About The Author
Paul Santos
Paul Santos has lived on four continents and in a dozen countries, from the United States to Australia, and across Europe and Asia in places like Sweden, Germany, Italy, Japan, China, the Czech Republic, Finland, and Estonia. Years spent working internationally as an independent contractor gave him a firsthand education in the kind of global intrigue, shifting loyalties, and high-stakes operations that now fuel his fiction.
That experience is on full display in his debut novel, Cutt: The Epsilon Protocols — the first installment in a planned series. The book follows a web of operatives, agencies, and criminal networks converging around a black-ops conspiracy that spans continents, from the jungles of Colombia to the mountains of Afghanistan, from a converted oil rig in the Gulf of St. Lawrence to the back rooms of Washington D.C. It's a story built on the same restless, border-crossing instincts that have defined Santos’s own life.
When he isn’t writing, Santos trains in martial arts, produces music, keeps a close eye on world politics and is a certified Helicopter Pilot — interests that show up throughout his work, from the discipline of his characters to the geopolitical undercurrents running through the plot. He is also a licensed rotorcraft pilot, a skill that finds its way into the aerial sequences and tactical logistics woven through his fiction. He currently lives in the United States.
Cutt: The Epsilon Protocols is available now, with the next installment in the series currently in progress.
